1. What services do you offer?

 

We go beyond standard cleaning to offer a “motherly touch” for the jobs you don’t have time for. These include residential & business cleaning, organizing & de‑cluttering, errand and messenger services, meal planning & prep, evening and weekend work, pet care, yard/landscaping tasks, and more—just ask and we’ll see how we can help.

 

2. Where do you serve?

 

Our head office is in Dallas, OR. We serve Monmouth, Dallas, Salem, Keizer, and surrounding Oregon areas.

3. How do you charge?

 

We offer weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly service plans, billed hourly or at flat rates. For example, weekly cleanings start at $60 for 2 hours and go up to $120 for 4 hours; bi-weekly and monthly plans have similar tiered pricing. Other services (like errand runs or meal prep) are quoted individually based on scope.

 

4. What payment methods do you accept?

 

We accept credit cards, cash, checks, and peer-to-peer (P2P) payment methods.

 

5. What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

 

For cancellations or changes, please contact your Cleaning Specialist or our management team directly. We offer a 50% refund if you cancel within our policy timeframe.

 

6. Are you licensed or insured?

 

Yes! We thoroughly train and screen our team members. Our company is licensed, bonded, insured, and uniforms our staff to maintain professionalism and quality.

 

7. What if I’m not satisfied with the service?

 

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If anything isn’t right, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll return to fix it free of charge.

 

8. Who owns the company?

 

Odd Mom Odd Jobs was founded in June 2016 by Alexandra Canfield, a single mom who left corporate life to help others and prioritize family. Her goal: bring order to busy households through practical, caring service.

 

9. Do you offer promotions or free hours?

 

Yes! We sometimes offer free cleaning hours. Keep an eye on our Instagram or Facebook for current specials (or ask us directly) .

 

10. Can I ask questions or join a community?

 

Absolutely! We recently launched an interactive Forum on our website where you can chat about parenting hacks, household tips, and small business advice with others, We also have a group on our Facebook Page to join our community.

The Company

Alex started this business in June 2016 to be able to put being a mom first.  She went from running a full time career and running a household alone to realizing her son (then 8 years old) needed more quality parenting and support system.  So she left her career and  began to re-evaluate her priorities, associations and values system.
