Offer: “First Hour of Services Free to New Clients”
Effective June 2025

Odd Mom Odd Jobs (“we,” “our,” or “the Company”) offers one (1) free hour of services to new clients subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

   • Offer valid for first-time clients only. A “new client” is defined as a person or household who has not received services from Odd Mom Odd Jobs within the past 12 months.

   • Limit one free hour per household.

2. Services Included

   • The free hour applies only to standard household services, such as cleaning, organizing, errands, or similar odd jobs, subject to availability.

   • Excluded services: Specialized labor (e.g., electrical, plumbing), use of subcontractors, services valued over $50/hour, or requiring permits/equipment rentals are not eligible.

   • Minimum booking requirement: To qualify, job must be at least 2 hours in total. First hour will be free, and additional time will be billed at standard rates.

3. Service Area

   • Offer valid only within Odd Mom Odd Jobs’ normal operating service area (currently based in [City/Region, Oregon]).

   • Travel surcharges, if applicable, are not covered by the promotional hour.

4. Availability and Scheduling

   • Services are provided by appointment only, subject to schedule and team availability.

   • The Company reserves the right to reschedule or refuse a job for safety, weather, or staffing reasons.

5. No Cash Value / Non-Transferable

   • The promotional hour has no cash value, may not be exchanged for credit, and is non-transferable.

   • Offer may not be combined with other discounts unless explicitly stated.

6. Modification and Termination

   •  As allowed under Oregon law, Odd Mom Odd Jobs may change or end this promotion at any timewithout prior notice, provided no active bookings are affected.

7. Dispute Resolution

   • Any disputes related to this promotion will be governed by the laws of the State of Oregon.
